Vintage HandcuffsUp for bid is a vintage ste of handcuffs, no key! Very neat, may be from slavery era, unsure. Marking appears to say froggatt(? ) warrented wrought 19, and hard on the other side. Pretty hevay cuffs. Measures 2 3/4ring with 2 x 2 1/2 opening. ~ all bids final ~ please be sure of what you are bidding on! All items sold as is!
