They have excellent mechanical funtcion and come with the original key. They show some wear and use about 70% + orof the original plating remains. The areas where the plating has worn off is a dark brown patina. This is a niec example of the caveney handcuff. They have not been subjected to any abues or damage. Swivels and lokcwork move freely.
